    Old school with GeForce 2

Anyone know how the GeForce 2 Ti (clocked to 250 Core with 225/450 RAM), compares to the stock GF2 Ultra?

And what the heck happened to make NVidia release the GF2 Ti? What'd they do to the GF2 GTS to get the Ti?

On a side note, ATI R300 is a MACHINE....

The R300 is pure ownage *drool*.

The GeForce2 Ti is clocked at 250/400 and the Ultra is 250/460.

Oh, sorry...yeah, the two use the same architecture. GF2 MX is the one with half the rendering pipelines; the others all have 4, though.

So a Ti clocked at 250/450 would be just about as fast as a GeForce2 Ultra at stock. Clock the memory up to 460 and it would be just as fast

I built myself a new computer a month ago and only bought a 32MB TNT 2... I supposed it beats the 16MB ATI Rage 128 in my other computer.

    Get these: Mozilla Opera OpenBSD
I have books for sale: "MCSD in a Nutshell" and "VB Distributed Exam Cram" - PM me for details. Will also trade for a decent ATX Pentium 2 MB/CPU/RAM combo.

I'm more into consoles, but I still haven't played a game in months.

3dfx went out of business. There are still hackers working on drivers, though.
