    Question

I deleted my form file(s) for a project...Is there any way that I can use the EXE file(that I made with the make EXE command) to somehow extract the forms or something????It kinda sucks because i wasn't done on the program...

I'm affraid you can't. You could use some kind of recovery programs to recover deleted files (unless you have formatted you hd)

It's hard to find, but go to http://www.downloads.com and search for Undelete. You should get bunch of demo programs. Download one of them, recover your files and uninstall the Recovery program (that's what I would do if I didn't want to buy a RP)

If you have vb5 which i do it makes a bunch of tmp files of all your code and windows etc. in:

    C:\windows\temp\

I figured this out after deleteing the files while in VB and all my code dissapeared!

Unhappy Damn.. so that's what happened

I lost the coolest program I ever made to the
    *code-disappearing-virus*
that pissed me off for a while
I didn't even program again for like a year
I had spent months working on this MUD
one day I started it up and everything was *gone*
the forms were still there but there was no code in a lot of them and absolutely no text in my labels..
Little did I know it was Microsoft's dumass fault
Maybe Cleansweep erased em too.. who knows, wish I'd know about that earlier..
