if thei are bad sectors made by the software, will be automaticly detected by the windows scandisk, if you have bad sectors made by the sohocks of your case then try to save all your datas into a safe place and format your HDD by typing in MS-DOS mode: Format c: /C I think this is your solution! It`s just my opinion!
