how do you use API in delphi?
I know how to use the MessageBox API(its part of the Application Object), but I can't figure out how to use others(like, GetAsyncKeyState)
Thanks,
Dennis.

NOT DELPHI FORUM
You are in a VB forum not Delphi! You are not likely to get many usefull replies in here.

AHHHHH!
I HATE DELPHI!
AHHHHHHH!
Anyway - Gfrench is right - This is a vbforum. Post it in the "other programming languages" forum if you have to, but please - for my sanity - STOP USING DELPHI!

Most of the API's are already available thru the sysutils unit.
I agree, find another board, this is VB, and not many ppl here know Delphi (or don't want to answer).

Listen - I'm sorry - I've just hate Delphi
I started learning it, but it's so complicated - just to display a form you need to modify lines of code and it's just annoying.

dear Xenonic_Rob,
you obviously did not understand Delphi - go back and try
again - this time read the instructions. (no offense)

Yeah. Delphi is basically VB, but with a different underlying language. The apps run slightly faster too.

Yeah, I know, I don't understand Delphi. It's probably because I tried it a few years ago with a really old version. I'm sure it's great, it's just not for everyone
