Hmm, your menubar looks ugly...no offence. Try changing the background colour from blue to something [white] bright or sky blue. Also try changing to font face to something like Verdana.
Loading speed is pretty good though.

I don't personally like the Verdana font... not as much as I like Arial. I think the menu bar would look more ugly if it were a lighter color... I am trying to go with a Grey/Blue/Green theme. Why do you suggest a white or light blue?
