DHL wrecked my computer :(
Begin rant:
======
My two month old computer arrived over one month ago in pieces from overseas where I was working.
Basically, it looked like it had been run over as the once rectangular box is now more triangular in appearance.
I have insurance and they are going to replace the box and the harddrive. Problem is that my once two year warranty is now void from the original place where I got the computer.
I will have to spend two days (more or less) setting up my machine as the hard-drive is trashed (The reason that I sent it home so I would not have to set it all back up again)
I have had no work computer since 24th of June
I paid DHL $400 to send my machine back....
So, in a nutshell. I have paid $400 to DHL to wreck my machine, give me the privilage installing all my own software again, the privilage of being able to hunch over a crappy laptop (borrowed from a friend) to get work done and get my warranty made void...
Awesome stuff, almost a clean sweep don't you think?
======
End rant
