    hey,

    how often do you think we, programmers can switch the jobs.
    i just started working for consulting comp. 2 months ago, and i'm kinda unhappy, do you think it is too early? i stayed at my previous job for 8 months.

    Depends on your age. If you're young enough, it won't be a big deal, as long as you leave on friendly terms.

    Also, before you leave, why are you unhappy? Is it something you think you might be able to sort out if you explained it to them?

    Often, firms really like to keep their employees. But that means, both employers and employees have to be willing to talk things through.

    since no post on saying why he is unhappy
    i will try to fill in for him
    HEHEHE

    since he said he works for a consulting company
    i think he is being abused
    meaning he is working hourly wages, where his work is making a FORTUNE for them and he is only getting paid so little..

    could be wrong
    but everyone who i talked to that works for software compnay or consulting company tend to get abused that way
