Hi,

I want to write a simple program(ActiveX dll or ActiveX exe) which can be used by other programs and languages.

All that the dll(??) will do is return a True or False depending on what info is sent to it by the app calling the dll.

My questions are..

1.) what will I use - ActiveX exe or dll.
2.) Will other languages like Delphi etc be able to use/reference this program if it is registered on the pc.
