    Add Crystal Report via "Project->Component" or Reference.

    Crystal reports is sent with VB but it is not installed when you install VB. You have to locate it and run the Crystl32.exe file. When this is complete then you should be able to see it in the addin manager.

    On my VB EE disks I found it on disk 3 (\COMMON\TOOLS\VB\CRYSREPT\Crystl32.exe ).
