    Question Installing VB .Net

    I want to install VB .Net (beta) on a PC running Windows 2000. I also have a copy of Visual Studio 6 Enterprise (with SP5).

    I have been told that there will be compatibility issues if I install VB .Net on the same HD as Visual Studio.

    Is this true?
    If so, what can I do about it?

    It is my understanding that there is no compatibility issue. That both will run on the same machine without interfering with each other. Who told you that they wouldn't???

    I have successfully installed .net and studio 6 on two different computers without any major problems.
