    can old hardware be used with this?

    Im looking at this. I have one of those old modems that goes into a black socket (the older way hardware plugged in). Can the modem work with this board?

    do you mean a ISA slot? ISA slots are usually long and black. If yes, then no, that board only has PCI slots

    but this site says it has interchangeable isa and pci slots

    that probably means something else, im looknig through that download thingy you posted, it says only 4 pci slots. i dont see how they're interchangeable, because they're both different sizes
