Please register your copy of Windows 98
What purpose does "registering your copy of Windows 98" serve?
Or for any other software for that matter...

and they give you updates (like on Norton Utilities). In Windows 98 they just give you some extra info. It's not worth wasting your precious time registering Win98 really...

Some vendors don't provide support without registration though.
