Are there any controls that come with VB6 to manipulate JPG's. What I have is an SQL database that contains images. However what I plan on doing with the images makes it necesarry to have them as small as possible (around 10k would be nice). The images in the database however are all around 80 - 100k. How could I shrink the size in VB to save the space I need while leaving them in JPG format? Anybody know???

Manually... if I open them in Microsoft photo editor once they have been exported and resave them it shaves off close to 80%.

unless you make a program that you set it and it does all the clicking for you (not that hard) then its not a problem, but other wise you will probobly have to do it manually
