Minimun lenght word (search)
Shouldn't the minimun lenght be erradicated? There are lots of things you cannot even search because of the 3-chars lenght. How about "IP" or "3D" or runtime error "53" or any other 2-chars-long meaninful acronym? How would you make a search if you want to know how the get the IP of yor computer. I know how to do that, and I know it's been asked three billion times... but, you cannot type "get IP", because IP is not a valid word.

The shorter the search queries, the more massive the database gets and the slower the site gets.

I think the search index is a poo idea
why not just search the post table using a LIKE or something...

Ok, now for example I need to look anything about "runtime error 5". Could you tell em how on heaven could I ever find anything about it? At least if we could search exact phrase we would be narrowing even much more the query and won't have that minimun limitation.

There should be no problem searching.
Most users probably search for the same things.
So the server searches through all pages for the term, then just records where it last found those search terms.
Then every new thread that's created, the server (or a different server) searches through those threads for the most commonly searched for items, then adds that thread to the list.
