Change the Background of Popup Menus

HI Guys!!

Need your help in Changing the BackColor of the Popup Menus.

I am currently designing a package which tends to be creative and hence requires wallpapered forms. You know the kind, I mean. The only problem is the popup menus which come with the default color. I need to change them as well. either the backcolor or Background(picture).

If any one has done it before, or if any one knows how to do it, Your help would be highly appreciated.

There's also a control on that website that gives you access to ownerdrawn popup menus, which means you can paint it however you want...
