    Microsofts SMS version 2

    What are your views on the Service Management tool?

    Is it a good application of technology? and what are the main points to watch out for when developing an installation strategy?

    I am working for a firm that is rolling out SMS and would like to here some feedback from others that have successfully implemented it on their Lan/Wan.

    Microsoft should have a lot of white papers and also case studies on SMS server
