    Creating New Oracle Database

    DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO CREATE A NEW DATABASE FROM WITHING THE ORACLE ENTERPRISE MANAGER. I have launched the Manager in stand alone mode and can not figure out how to create a new database. I would like to create it by creating a script. Any ideas?

    Oracle help sites tend to vary from poor to terrible.

    http://www.dbasupport.com/ usually give me an answer...., but Mandelbrots' right, it's more of a dba question that IMO...
