    Adding reference

    Boy its hard to find a computer without excel on it.

    Question : If you are automating excel through VB
    Do you need Excel installed on the machine?

    Of course you do. How do you automate Excel without excel installed on the client's system? It's like eating without food.

    The libraries need excel to do the tasks - are Micro$oft guys going to give you everything in excel for free?
