    Lightbulb Ideas

Does anybody have any ideas for a simple easy to make game. I need a program for my students at school and I'm not sure what to do.

It needs to illustrate the basics of VB and also show them how to:
    A. Use things like timers and key events.
    B. Make their own programs.
    and
    C. Personalise their own programs.

I welcome all ideas with thanks. I also believe that there is no such thing as a bad idea.

Maybe you could make an Asteroids game or an rpg game. You could set up timers to have labels and lines come up.
Just say you had a ship flying across the screen you could put a label telling the person what to do and then how you got the code to work.

Otherwise, you could just set up a form with buttons, animations, colour changes and the like just to show them how things work.

Why is it that when you kill one man people call you a murderer and when you kill one thousand you are a conqueror?

Thank-you. I'll try to set that up. Any other ideas are welcome and greatly appreciated.

I've noticed one thing. You're from Australia too. Why if your from Australia to do you want a program for students, most people have already finished or are just finishing school.

    Exclamation

Also you seem to have a good idea of what you already want out of your program.

I was going to make a program for my students for next semester. I thought it might be easier to start now and then finish after the holidays, especially if I didn't have enough time next term. ANYWAY why all the questions?
