    House Buying....

Yay!!! Buying a house . . . . Boo!!! As not going to be able to move for quite a few months as they've got to find somewhere to live themselves . . . .

Can't beat northern prices . . . Victorian 2 bed, mid terrace, full double glazing, central heating, new bathroom suite (v.tasteful), new fitted kitchen (large), garden & patio, partial loft conv....All for less than 55 large ones.

    Yay buying a house!

    Good on you Matt!

Where is it? And when's the party?
