Admin Commands for a New Game

i am makinga chat with vb 6.0 and i was wondering how i would add admin commands like kick warn mute and other stuff. If u can help me i will be very thank full. -Nobody
he posted in wrong part of forums i think so i decided to copy and past here since it is games and im helping him with it. So if u can help we would be very happy

well my friend said i should detail the question more and what we need help on more.. we need help with coding commands that help us do these things..

/warn username - it warns the players to stop doing anything he is doing wrong ..spamming etc

/kick username - kicks a user from the chat
/ban usernaem - bans a username for a period of time.
/mute username - mutes him for a period of time so he may not speak
/ipban username - ip bans this user so he may no longer get on intill it is removed
and there is another but i forgot
