heh.. a problem in VB.. could sue some help

Greetings,

I just noticed when I was programming that I somehow can't resize my controlls, I have checked that the project has not been declared as read only.
I remember reading the solution somewhere but can't remember what to do. so if anyone could be kind and help me out.
My controlls got white dots instead of blue ones that you normaly use to resize the controlls. I think thats the visual part of the problem

Go to the format menu and uncheck Lock Controls.
