How do you disable Windows Message/Warning boxes

Hello I'm writing a program that access Outlook email and the Outlook message boxes that say "A program is trying to access e-mail addresses stored in Outlook. Do you want to allow this?" and "A program is trying to send email on your behalf" keeps poping up. How can I disable these two messages?

you can't - it IS impossible, it's a major security issue. Search this forum for many posts on the subject, without re-installing ALL the software including Windows (with old versions of Outlook/Internet Explorer) you CANNOT do it!

If you only have to send mail, maybe it's an option to use CDO...
