    is this just co-incedence ?

    The Last time England beat the argentines in the world cup was 1966.
    The Last time England had 3 west ham players in the squad was 1966.
    The last time Korea beat the italians in the world cup is 1966

    [Confused]

    Saw some W/Cup history snippet the other day about the '66 world cup. Of course it mentioned 'that' goal and I have seen many references to it in movies, serials etc as a major controversy still causing problems with the Jerries... but can some pom pls explain why it is a big controversy because England did score again after it???

    I will leave off the [/confused] tag as that would be a lie
