I was just listening to the radio and they said that Eminem couldn't come to Britain 'cos he's not allowed out of America on bail.

So, what's he been up to?

    HAHAHAHA

That emenem character geez he just hates everyone,

Well the last thing i heard he did was pistol whip some guy for kissing his wife in a bar after emenem went out side with his buddies supposedly he waled in the bar and see him and her making out.

Damn if i was him i wouldnt of hit him i would of just told her "Forget it i want a divorce"

I was wtaching his documentary on MTV and it was reporting that when emenem was not the big rapper he is today his wife left him casue he had no money and she wouldnt even allow him to see his own daughter..but as soon as he got rich she came back to him...

    Yeah there's love there.

Hmm. Though anyone who writes a song about giving someone 26 magic mushrooms and the ensuing chaos has to have something going for them . I kinda like the guy. Hey! Just a thought. Maybe he's the right partner for V(ery)? They're both completely mad, yet likeable!

That guy and Eminem's wife should be glad that's all he did. Jeez, if that was me and I had a gun in my hand.... Hmm, remind me never to carry a gun

Hehe. Pity they ('they' being our laughably poor government) banned handguns in the UK.

I think he should do to her what he does to her in his song 'Kim'. That'll shut the ***** up. .

Geddit? After the fullstop I put another fullstop, which also means 'period'. So, to translate, 'That'll shut the ***** up. Period

    Thank you, thank you.

Yeah but we don't get people killed all the time cos of some tiny little disagreement.

Why is it communist not to have guns? Oh yeah, and what's the big problem with communism? Enlighten me. To me (bearing in mind I don't know that much about it) communism seemed like a good idea in theory but totally unworkable in practice.

Communism was invented by poor people who wanted to get richer. The idea is that every individual owns nothing and gives all their money to the state. The state then performs a nifty maths sum and gives everybody an equal amount of money back. You work 'for the good of your country' rather than for your own good. No wonder it didn't catch on...

    I was kidding

Dont get too upset about that communist crack harry

Very basic is right in the explanation of communisim

But to sum it up in another way it goes like this..

"Big brother comes over and takes all of your money after you had been working your ass of all day..and then he tells you that in him doing this it is for the "Greater good" of the country then to rub your face in the dirt..he tells you "We will use this for the building of the country"
...And as no shocker, NOTHING happens good for the country
Only the government gets FATTER and the poor and not-so lucky get POORER.

Now there is other kinds of communisum in the world that isnt so governemt-oriented, i know of a communist group that is more people-oriented as they call it.

Why communisim is still in effect in parts of the world i dont know.

It's still around in parts of the world because it's very hard to get rid of a communist government because they tend to be very dictatorial.

Hey I wasn't upset. It's like I said, a good idea (sort of) in theory but not in practice. Way too many opportunities for corruption there.

What was the big problem though? I mean the US had a real chip on their collective shoulder about people being communist, why was that? (And what's it got to do with guns or did I miss a joke somewhere? )

They did kinda overreact. But they do have a history of it, I mean, just look at Vietnam (and the Salem witch trials). Although that Communist stuff turned into a Salem-esque situation.

    Smile Don't worry. Be happy.

You're right. Every country arses it up completely at some stage. I think Britain's going through that stage now.

    About the Salem witch trials...

All the people who had allegedly been cursed by witches, had in fact, been suffering from poisoning due to eating the local bread, which was contaminated with the hallucinogenic drug Ergot. They just picked on the weirdos. So if that were to happen again, us programmers would be the first to go

Error '3129761243928436398725473412376258': ActiveX control within container cannot hold property of Static Variable located in other thread or variable which in not on the Stack and hold the pointer to an unused memory address.

In my programs, I always put:

    Code:
    If Err Then
         Err.Raise 1001, , "Screw Up"
    End If
Are Microsoft seriously saying that 404+ error can occut while using IE? I know the same error occurs 404 times , but 404 different ones?

No. They're coded server errors, and I don't think there are 500 of them. Here's a couple of common ones:

    404 - File not found
    500 - Internal Server Error

I did not remove the file, but I'm not sure if 50 megs alows people to download files, so they might have found my file. But if you need me to email it to you, just leave your email. You will get it in 24 hours or less, and now that I got the cabel modem today, the upload will be alot faster. Or Email me at [email protected] and I'll reply, with the file.

Transferring large files by email isn't a good idea, because many of the mail gateways dump messages over 512K. Why don't I upload it to my UKLinux site...everyone can get it there, and they let you do what you want (within reason).
