Fixed Size Frame?
I want to make a web page that is only and always 700 pixels across. How can I do that? I can use almost anything, other than CGI!
Thanks!

If you can't use CSS to set the body's width to 700px, then encase the page in a div and set it's width to 700px. You can then choose to center the div by setting the left and right margins to auto, or you can have the page always render on the left side of the viewport.
