Some names pique my curiosity. Zaprod64831 is one of them. It caused me to have speculations like the following.
Is Zaphrod a common name in some language? I know, for example, that Vietnamese "Nguyen" (or something similar) is like "Smith" in English.
Perhaps Zaphrod means "valuable programmer" in Hungarian? Does it mean "great grand guru" in Basque?
64831 = 13*4987 --- That is the most I can figure out about it as a number. Are there 64830 other Zaphrod's out there some where? Does 64831 have some significance like 666? Is it the number of sides of some polygon with mystical signifigance?
"Guv", by the way, is a phonetic nickname for Governor. My actual given name is Gouverneur (French for governor).

Zaphod Beeblebrook is a character from a book called The hicthhiker's guide to the galaxy (I think he's got 2 heads)
The only thing I can think of for the number is this.
Somewhere in the book there is a search for the ultimate answer to the universe, and they find it, I think it was 42
confused by this they look for the question, which was I think "what is 9 x 6" or something like that.
anyway, the only way to get 9x6 = 42 is to do it in base 13
if you translate 64831 from base 10 to base 13 twice (once for each head) you get AA17 . So my guess is his initials are AA and he was 17 when he joined.

Stretching it slightly...
Whoa. Don't you think you're being a little overspecific? How likely do you think that is of being the right answer

Guide to galaxy
Sam
Forgot to mention in last Post.
I saw almost all of the Hitchhiker episodes and enjoyed most of them. I did not remember the name of the two-headed bloke.
Anybody who watched the Guide series (or Benny Hill) cannot be all bad, even if he likes neither dogs nor children.

kb244? k...b...244? eh?
well my name means something but some of you might figure out generally what it is, while others wont. the full nickname I had for about 4 years now is kb244{fastHACK}
k = Karl
b = Blessing
244 = first 3 digits of some significant number
fastHACK = a nickname voted to me in one of the first IRC channels I've every been on 4 years ago.
pretty much the nickname has stuck over the years.

Stupider than Sam
Sam is right: His answer was more exciting. Even though I finally was right, I feel stupider than him.
Will ejoy my all expenses paid dinner at Mirna's Cafe in Jenkintown. Great food, and I can bring my own bottle, cutting the cost a bit.
