Outpost. Fun game, though I was never very good at it (It was 6 or 7 years ago though...).
What do you need help with? Programming a complete game is a challenge, and isnt really something you can answer with a few posts on a forum. You need to ask specific questions (and besides, the fun of programming is figuring out to do stuff).
I'm not gonna give you my IP address! Ok... Portugal, South-Western Europe, 3rd rock from the sun (our star is easy to find, a 47 Ursae Majoris in the Milky Way :p )

Zaei, he wants some graphics
Look... if you need graphics for your game... you either draw them or steal them
What you should do is search the internet for images from other games and if your game gets really good and all you can waste some time drawing your own graphics
To learn how to use realistic effects in your games like fire, rain, snow and magic effects, read my article on particles systemshere.
Jotaf's Theories!
"Cats land on their feet. Toast lands peanut butter side down. A cat with toast strapped to its back will hover above the ground in a state of quantum indecision."
You could also just get a decent 3d modeling app, and use it to create your graphics - outpost did that. You could also just use a vector drawing app, though that would be harder. You needn't get complex until the game is much closer to completion.
Well, you know, I naturally assume people want programming help... when they are on a programming board, and the thread heading says programming... But oh well =).
