    GIF Animation

What's a good GIF Animation program, freeware, that isn't loaded up the wazoo with useless features? Just a frame by frame animation program?

Just open a bunch of MSPaint's and click on the taskbar really fast. That's what I do.

Laugh, and the world laughs with you. Cry, and you just water down your vodka.

What about a resumable downloading utility, like GetRight, but not SpyWare?

I use Ulead's PhotoImpact 6. I love it. I don't know why I've never checked out anything else by them.
