GIF Animation
What's a good GIF Animation program, freeware, that isn't loaded up the wazoo with useless features? Just a frame by frame animation program?

Just open a bunch of MSPaint's and click on the taskbar really fast. That's what I do.

Ulead rocks........ should be able to find version 3 in the public domain by about now, figure they'll have version 4 out shortly...

I use Ulead's PhotoImpact 6. I love it. I don't know why I've never checked out anything else by them.
