    I have nooo idea who and what is that....
    I have only 2 accounts on my pc....

    I would assume it is either a user you have deleted at some point (so no name is associated with it any more), or it is a default profile which new users will get.

    Judging by the size it isn't a problem

    well I know i have 2 more hidden accounts for "Microsoft Professionals" and "Compaq Idiots" to log in in case of a repair or something
