Can anyone translate Visual C++ to Visual Basic?

I've got a little program written in Visual C++.
I got it from an C++ programmer as I asked him
for an application which detects a picture anywhere
on the screen when it was captured before.
This should be possible even the picture has moved.

I didn't know the code for that and he said he can
only program it in Visual C++.

Now I need to translate this into VB but I'm not
experienced in Visual C++ - just beginner.
