    Installation Problem

    Hi All,
    I am using visual studio installer to create setup for my application.When i tried to install my in a different system i get Error:1406 (some registry error).Can anyone give me a solution for the above mentioned error.Thanks in advance.

    The VB techs at Microsoft told me specifically to not use Visual Studio Installer AKA Windows Installer for distributing my VB apps. They didn't go into details other than to say it was a bad idea.
