quick question
Hello i am a student just learning VB, I am at the very beginning but I think I am falling in love.
Anyway , this is what I want to do can someone please answer me if possible.
I want to make a game, use flash for the animations, mp3 for sound and effects, is this possible or am i smoking a glass pipe?

you cant play mp3 files directly, you will need a codec for this, like an mp3 player OCX or the same...
anyway.. if u want to use flash for the game, just make your game in Macromedia Flash 5 (or 6), that will can play mp3 files and a whole things you needed.. then complie that in an executable (i think you can do it with the FPlay32.exe or the same named thingie)

hi archangel ,
like what jim davis posted. create your games in flash 5 also add the sound fx.
After your finish you can use the shockwave flash ocx so you can link your swf to visual basic.
