Okay. I got Win XP after dowloading loads of upgrades and buying a lot of new xp-compatible software. I got XP running. I'm only getting really nuts from all those balloon texts in the right bottom-corner!
I KNOW you'll hide the non-active icons, you already told me a hunderd times!
I don't care my connection is 512,0 kbs!
How do I get rid of them?! They're driving me totally crazy! (And I can't find anything if configscreen or help)
Thnx a helluva lot.

Try this
Right click My Network Places and choose Properties
Right click the connection and choose Properties
Uncheck the "Show in taskbar" check box.
I'm bringing geeky back...

Okaaay....
I have a Dutch version of XP so that makes it somewhat more difficult.
So where do I find this? I got something like it but the checks were already off.
(I use XP home)
