Flash MX Help

Hey all,

Can anyone point me to a tutorial or help me create the following in flash mx:

I want to create a flash movie for a website that does the following:

1) Displays a loading progress bar!
2) Displays some pictures(jpeg) with some text underneath.
3) When changing picture it fades out of last picture.

Simple but i'm just learning flash!
