    what am i doing wrong with this project why the tray icon doesn't blink?

    The computer I'm on doesnt have vb Is this like the MSN messenger Icon?? This looks like an interesting idea. Can anyone help beceause I wouldn't mind seeing how this is done

    i didn't d-load the proj, but set the IconHandle your NID to 0 to clear the icon
