    2D special effects

    Hail fellow developers!

I made this simple to use stand-alone module that allows you to access the following features in your game:
    • Bitmap rotation
    • Bitmap stretching
    • Alpha-transparency
    • Blending effects (lights)
...and of course any other combination of the SetRenderState-flags. The sample shows you how to use the module. Enjoy! (Comments please!)

    Nice and useful module Fox!

What about storing the vertices in a VB (for each texture one) and draw them all together? Would surely give you some performance..

It takes a long time to load (~5 seconds), and even on my Radeon 8500 it never gets more than 45fps. Anything you can do about either of these problems?

Since the Render funtion is called from a Timer you won't ever get more than ~40 FPS.
