Is there a way to get the progress of an uploading or downloading file using the microsoft internet transfer control?

progress
I really don't thing there is a way of keeping track of the progress when using the inet control. I have looked everywhere for answers and found NONE. I started to use the WinInet API. So far it seems to work great.
