resources?
Umm I dont know if it has anything to do with resources:
I have a text file that each time my app loads it. I was just wondering if I can add the text file inside my exe so I wouldnt have an additional funky txt file with my app.
I've never used resources and I dont know if this is the use of it, but if it is possible, would someone tell me how

Yes this type of thing is possible, and yes it is done with resources.
Try looking in the MSDN; there is a lot of good information in there to get you started.
