I have a problem to implement my coding into Windows 95/98.

My program are using COMponent Server (Com+ in Windows 2000). but when i deploy in windows client (windows 95/98), i have a problem on this program: Activex Component Can not create object. Error 429. But if i deploy this component into windows client (2000 or XP), this program is successfully run.

could you help me what i must to do?
how to set dcom 95/98 into windows 95/98 so my program can running on its?.
