I've never realized how incredibly stupid teachers are. They're completely computer illiterate. As part of my A+ Certification class at school, we have to go out and fix all the computer problems in the school.

Instead of actually telling the teachers "Your printer wasn't plugged in" or "You plugged the monitor cord in the wrong place," we have two options to say. We can either tell them "There was a loose connection in the mainframe," or "There were some misconfigurations in the BIOS."

No matter what the problem is, that's what we're required to say just so they don't feel stupid. And everytime we say it, they look at us like "Oh yeah, I knew that. Go back to class."
