Is there a way to floodfill everything that is not surrounded by say a red circle using floodfill api?
In other words let's say I have a graphic on a picture box. I want to draw a red circle around a certain part of it, click anywhere outside of it and have anything not inside the circle turn black (or any other color I choose).
