Hey, I want to change the color of my Windows XP home taskbar. The start button can stay green, but I want to change the taskbar, and taskbar buttons from blue to Orange. I there a way I can do this with an API call or something? Windows only lets you choose between Olive green, blue, and Silver. I want Orange!
