How can you create a list that contains all items that are bolded in a webbrowser?

For example..

if the webbrowser contains:
<b>Hello</B><font...><a href = "blah blah"></a><B>Test<a href=www.download.com></a></b>

then the listbox will contain
Hello
Test<a href=www.download.com></a>


and any more areas that are bolded..

anyone know how to do this?
