Whenever someone clicks on a URL that is something like:

tow://127.0.0.1:50/

I'd like my program to capture it and use the data itself, and have IE stay where it is. I'd like to know if this can be done through the Folder Options -> File Types dialog, because I saw tons of stuff for IE there!
