Greetings,

I am writing a paper about XML and SOAP. I am having a hard time wrapping my head around all of the XML hype. Can anyone suggest any readings or any sites that may help me overcome my ignorance where XML is concerned.

My goal for my paper is to provide a reader with a solid understanding of why XML has been the focus of attention in recent times.
