How the $%!* do I stop my computer from prompting me to connect to the internet every frigging time I boot up my computer?!?

Its something to do with MS Visual Studio (I have version 6 Pro) I know, because it only appears after that's been installed. I have searched and searched through the components of MSVS6 Pro, and through the registry, and I can't find a thing that looks like it's prompting the connection!

PLEASE help, its not only me that's totally $%!*ed off with this, but my friend also.
