I have four html forms.I have to display them one after another with a time difference continuosly.How to do this using ini files.And how to create the ini file.Please help me.

suppose :-

In the ini file i had to write

1.html
3000 seconds
2.html
3000seconds and so on.
How to do this

and how to create the ini file at dos prompt
