I have an existing active X control which is used inside one of my projects. Now in the VB IDE(Only of the activex control) I made some changes to this control and I wanted to test these changes with the existing running project how do I do that? Do I need to create a patch and run it on the machine or I can simply replace the .ocx file and the changes will take place.


What is the normal procedure if I want to create an active X control and use it on some other machine. Which files are required. And do we need to register the control(I feel its self registering isnt it?)
