hi out there !

i wrote a shell-extension, that adds a property-page to the properties-dialog of each folder-object in the windows-explorer. for those who know what i am talking about: user selects an icon and my app writes this to the desktop.ini file within the selected folder.
my problem is that everything is nice and working in the explorer's treeview but not in the listview or on the desktop (which is actually also a listview...).

does anybody know what i can do or if microsoft's coders were just half asleep when they developed the shell ?
